Freelance Graphics Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Graphics Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and effective designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design Expertise:
   • Utilize Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator to create visually striking designs for various platforms.
   • Demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
2. Social Media Graphics:
   • Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
   • Develop creative and eye-catching posts that resonate with target audiences.
3. Portfolio Development:
   • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
   • Continuously improve and refine design skills based on industry trends and feedback.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and project objectives.
   • Communicate effectively to present and explain design concepts and receive constructive feedback.
5. Adaptability:
   • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
   • Stay informed about design trends and tools, incorporating new techniques into projects.
6. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:
   • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphics Designer.
   • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator.
   • Familiarity with other design tools and platforms is a plus.
3. Creativity and Innovation:
   • Demonstrate a high level of creativity and innovation in design solutions.
   • Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives to projects.
4. Portfolio:
   • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.(Websites , Mobile Apps)
   • Demonstrated experience in social media graphics is highly desirable.
5. Communication Skills:
   • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
   • Ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
